Personal Training is a luxury that not everyone can afford and until recent years it was a luxury only celebrities and the rich could afford. Now lots of us can afford Personal Training but should you really bother?
We have put together a few ideas you should consider if you still wish to spend your hard earned money on Personal Training sessions with us.
Are You Really Ready To Commit?
Most weight loss or fitness goals won’t happen overnight, they take both time and effort to achieve. Do have the time to commit to regular weekly (or twice, or three times per week) sessions. A session now and then may be enough for rehabilitation of a minor injury or to learn a technique but not to reach those long term fitness goals.
Are You Ready To Listen?
We will time creating your programme but this will be wasted if you don’t listen and although you may still be paying us, will you not be getting value for your money unless you listen and use our advice. Please don’t simply provide us with excuses of why you haven’t listen and that just won’t be excepted. There has been times where clients have been ‘sacked’ for not following the correct fitness and advice.
Are You Ready To Act?
This comes from the listening phase, but listening is nothing without action. Do you have the courage to act? Who and what could potentially stop you? For example what if your friends/family think that your food choices are strange? Now I would never suggest (as some personal trainer have) that you dump the unsupportive friend. It’s you body so take control and act now!
If you can’t do all of this then I’m sorry we can’t take your money. We’d be wasting each others time and we’d be ‘steeling’ your hard earned cash!
Good Luck & Happy Training
